Update: U18 Players Sign with NAHL Teams

The Colorado Thunderbirds announce additional signing of an official tender in the North American Hockey League.

The Colorado Thunderbirds are proud to update the signings below by announcing an official North American Hockey League tender has been signed by defenseman Jake Webber.  Jake is the fourth U18 Major Midget player to sign an NAHL tender and the third to sign with the Wichita Wildcats.  "We are extremly proud and excited for Jake.  I have no doubt that Jake and the other Thunderbird players will have success at the next level and will represent our entire organization with class and character," said Coach Shawn Kurulak.

The U18 Midget Major Thunderbirds are very proud to announce that three of their players have signed official tenders with organizations in the North American Hockey League. Tanner Falhstedt, second year forward with the U18's has signed with the Wichita Falls Wildcats. Patrick Yudez, a first year forward has also signed with Wichita.  Tanner and Patrick join former Thunderbird, Aaron Quick as part of the Wildcats Organization.  Daniel Doremus, first year forward from Aspen has signed with the Wenatchee Wild.

"The entire Thunderbirds organization is very proud of Tanner, Daniel and Patrick. They have worked very hard and are very deserving of these recognitions.  They are great teammates and will represent our organization with class and will be tremendous assets for their prospective junior teams.  We are proud that the Thunderbirds have advanced three more fine young men to the next step in their hockey careers," said Coach Shawn Kurulak.
