Taj Norwood is a passionate, dynamic, and explosive player with a background in multiple sports. Now in his 4th year playing hockey, Taj is growing aggressively in how he sees, and plays the game. In small area spaces, Taj has the ability to create space and separation showing his power and explosive potential. In open ice, Taj uses his speed to create separation and scoring opportunities. Taj has a tendency to be a pass first player, usually looking for the open player and delivering a soft pass with good touch. His hands are often confident with the puck, with the occasional tendency to over handle the puck in open ice situations. Taj has a balanced approach to physicality. While not shying away from it, he is not consistently the one to initiate it. Still very raw in talent and skill, Taj is a player with great potential to have a high ceiling in this sport as he matures.
