Join the Colorado Thunderbirds for an intensive three-day Holiday Skills & Power Skating Clinic led by New York Rangers Skills and Development Coach Mark Ciaccio. Designed for youth hockey players looking to elevate their performance, this clinic emphasizes skating fundamentals, explosive speed, edge control, and elite puck skills.
Takes place December 21st - 23rd 2026 at Big Bear Ice Arena
Clinic Highlights & Schedule
What's Included:
- 3-Day Intensive Camp: Comprehensive on-ice instruction tailored for player growth.
- 60-Minute Power Skating Session: Focus on stride technique, edge work, acceleration, agility, and overall speed.
- 45-Minute Skills Session: Mastery of puck handling, shooting, decision-making, and situational play.
- Personalized Coaching: Individualized feedback to correct technique and accelerate skill retention.
GOALIES REGISTER FOR FREE! We are looking for 2 to 4 Goalies to participate in the skills sessions. Goalies are also welcome to participate in the power skating portions at no extra charge.
